It takes a lot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful. There is more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life and in change there is power.

- Alan Cohen

Each session is catered to the client’s desires and includes some combination of:

Counseling & The Awakening (Energy) Work (combination)

These sessions include nutrition counseling, followed by approximately 45 minutes of energy work.
These two modalities holistically lay a clear foundation for healing and well-being.

Our energy underlies our well-being.  An Awakening energy work session is a wonderful way to connect more deeply to our Higher, Knowing Self.   Energy work also assists in tuning up our energy for daily living, relationships, and health.  With the intent for healing, energy work sessions afford the client the opportunity to release the old and make way for the new.... to welcome change and transformation.

Initial visits are 2 hours in length.
Follow-up visits are 1.5 to 2 hours.

Nutrition Information & Guidance

After many years as a nutrition counselor in a traditional medical setting, Sally’s goal is to foster a positive (not guilt- or shame-based) relationship with food and eating. While she encourages choosing healthy foods, her role is to not to police or judge. This approach affirms her belief that all persons can trust themselves to make healthful food choices. Sally’s role with her clients is as a partner ~ offering guidance, information and support.

Whole Spirit Nutrition offers counseling that covers a myriad of health concerns:

Wailuku, Hawaii ~ on the island of Maui.
Seattle, WA  (please email for upcoming Seattle visit)

Sessions start with a conversation via Skype or telephone.  After hanging up, the client relaxes in their own space, and Sally begins the energy work portion of the session.  Don't let the concept of "distance" fool you!  Because energy is not limited by space & time, healing work via the energy field is powerful and effective whether or not the client is physically present.  Often clients don't believe this until they have a session!

Each Awakening session is catered to the client’s needs, including a portion of the visit in dialogue and setting intention.  45-60 minutes of each visit are spent relaxing & receiving on the (bodywork) table.

Initial visits are suggested as 1.5 hours
Follow-up sessions: 1 to 1.5 hours.

2-hour sessions are wonderful if the client desires additional time for intention-setting and dialogue.
